How long does my order take to ship?

We work hard to ensure online orders get out the door and to our customers as fast as possible. Therefore, we fulfill all online orders within 48 hours of the original order being placed. Orders typically ship via USPS, at which time you will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been processed for shipping. If there are any delays, you will be notified promptly.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Sweet Sista Esthetics will not be processing any international orders at this time.

What is your return/refund policy? 

At Sweet Sista Esthetics all purchased body products are final sale. Because of the nature of our items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns. It’s important that all products sold are up to health regulations and sanitation standards, therefore we cannot resell an item when it has been returned. We do not accept returned items for monetary refunds or process exchanges.
